sale (day two) and jane's carousel

A fun and exhausting day indeed. The arts festival and sale are wrapping up, and the crowds are shuffling toward subway entrances as we speak. We got to meet so many nice people, and were especially glad that Grace from Design*Sponge popped by.

I managed to pop down to Water Street this afternoon to check out Jane's Carousel. Jane worked on restoring this 1922 carousel for 20 years, and it is breathtaking. I wish I could include an audio clip of the music, it really completes the experience. Here are some shots of the horses in motion...anyone in the new york city area should take a trip over to check it out. It's definitely worth it.
